We are located in Melbourne, Australia. We currently do not have a shop front and products are only able to be purchased via our website.
 

how long until my items DISPATCHED?

Your items will be dispatched within 1-3 days. However in rare circumstances this may take up to 5 days, in this case you will be notified of the delay in dispatch time.
 

do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia. However this may change in the future.
 

my item has arrived damaged or faulty, what do i do?

We try our best to wrap each item carefully to ensure their safety, however we understand accidents happen while in transit. If you believe you have received your item and it is not in an appropriate condition please contact us at hello@roselunasage.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
