By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Rose Luna & Sage reserves the right to decline any order, for any reason (e.g. unavailability of stock). In this case, we will promptly grant you a store credit or a full refund.

Please double-check your order before finalising the checkout, because once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to accept cancellations.

PAYMENT

All payments must be made at the time of purchase. All payments are securely processed.

Payments must be made by a credit card, debit card or using PayPal.

SHIPPING

Please note that Rose Luna & Sage can not be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our care.

We ship via Australia Post. Freight is not included in the product pricing; instead freight is calculated and applied to your final total before payment and dispatch.

We will notify you if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery time-frame.

REFUNDS

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us at hello@roselunasage.com.au  as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but we will evaluate each request.

You will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (like how you received them) using a trackable shipping method provided by Rose Luna & Sage. The return item must be lodged over the counter at your nearest Australia Post Outlet. Upon Rose Luna & Sage receiving the item, we will process your return in the form of a refund or store credit.

All prices in our store are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All prices shown online are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our website (www.roselunasage.com.au).
